摘要 应用流程程序分析方法,以某公司注塑机底箱装配生产线为研究对象,对注塑机底箱装配过程进行分析,确认搬运、储存、人员走动、等待等浪费现象。基于工业工程的取消、合并、调整、简化原则,对注塑机底箱台位式装配的流程、工艺、生产线平衡及布局提出改进方案。实施改进方案后,注塑机底箱装配生产线的浪费大幅减少,生产场地占用空间减小,生产线效率得到提升。 By taking the assembling line for bottom case of injection molding machine in a company as the research object, the assembly process of the bottom case of the injection molding machine was analyzed via the process program analysis method to confirm the waste in handling & storage, personnel walking and waiting, etc. Based on the principle of ECRS of industrial engineering, an improvement plan was proposed for the assembly flow & process for the bottom case of the injection molding machine, as well as the balance and layout of the production line. After the implementation of the improvement plan, the waste in the assembling line for bottom case of the injection molding machine was greatly reduced, the production space was reduced, and the efficiency of the production line was improved.
