基于欧氏距离矩阵分析法的辽宁汉族成人三维CT重建眼眶的几何形态测量分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的:基于欧氏距离矩阵分析法(EDMA)通过几何形态测量法分析辽宁汉族成人眼眶的左右不对称性,以期为法医颅面复原和颅面整形外科提供理论依据。方法:本研究采集119例受试者颅骨三维CT数据使用VG Studio3.0MAX软件进行颅骨三维重建并提取眼眶标志点三维坐标,采用WinEDMA1.0.1软件分别对男性组和女性组眼眶进行不对称性分析。结果:EDMA结果显示男性组和女性组左右眼眶形态学差异均具有统计学意义,形状差异矩阵(FDM)比值(右侧比左侧)显示不对称部位男性和女性各有4个。结论:辽宁汉族成人左右眼眶形状不完全对称,男女不对称性概率相同但不对称部位不全相同。 Objective :To provide the theoretical basis for forensic craniofacial rehabilitation and craniofacial plastic surgery, and analyze the left and right asymmetry of the orbit of Chinese Han adults in Liaoning province by geometric morphometrics based on Euclidean distance matrix analysis(EDMA). Methods :The CT data were collected in this study, 3D reconstruction of the skull was performed and the 3D coordinates of the left and right side orbits landmarks were extracted by VG Studio 3.0 MAX software. The asymmetry analysis of the orbit of male and female groups was performed by WinEDMA1.0.1 software. Results :The results of EDMA showed that the morphological differences of the left and right side orbits in male and female groups were statistically significant. The ratio of shape difference matrix(FDM) showed that there were 4 asymmetrical prats for male and female groups. Conclusion :The left and right side orbits of adults in Liaoning Han nationality is not completely symmetrical. And the asymmetry probability of male group and female group is the same but the locations are not all the same.
