摘要 共烧陶瓷基板制造是一种复杂的多层基板生产工艺。传统的基板制造是单工位的离散制造。为了实现更高效和质量可控的数字化生产制造,需要解决生产线建设中的关键技术问题。对共烧陶瓷基板数字化生产线中的工艺设计和生产线控制技术进行了深入讨论和阐述,使基于离散制造的共烧陶瓷基板数字化生产线技术得以实现。 Co-fired ceramic substrate manufacturing is a complex multi-layer substrate manufacturing process. Traditional substrate manufacturing is discrete manufacturing of simplex. In order to achieve more efficient and quality controllable digital manufacturing, it is necessary to solve the key technical problems in the production line construction. The process design and production line control technology in the digital production line of co-fired ceramic substrate are discussed and described in detail, so that the technology of co-fired ceramic substrates digital production line based on discrete manufacturing can be realized.
