某毫米波缝隙波导天线真空钎焊工艺 被引量:5

摘要 毫米波缝隙波导天线精度要求高,真空钎焊焊后易产生焊接变形,且焊料漫溢后易在波导腔内形成堆积导致天线驻波恶化。通过选择合适的焊接材料、优化焊接工艺参数及工装,解决了焊接变形大和焊料漫溢严重的问题,获得了低驻波比天线,对毫米波缝隙波导天线加工具有一定指导意义。 Millimeter-wave slot waveguide antenna requires high precision, and it is easy to produce welding deformation after vacuum brazing, and the hillock formed in waveguide cavity after the overflow will lead to standing wave increasing. The problems of deformation and excessive solder flow were solved by selecting suitable filler metal, optimizing welding process parameters and fixture tools. A low standing wave ratio antenna is obtained, which has certain guiding significance for the manufacturing of millimeter-wave slot waveguide antenna.
