缺血性脑卒中和出血性脑卒中患者发病前后血压变化分析

Changes of blood pressure in patients with ischemic stroke and hemorrhagic stroke before and after onset

目的:探讨缺血性脑卒中和出血性脑卒中患者发病前后血压变化情况。方法:选取2015年12月～2017年12月我院连续急诊入院的脑卒中患者120例,随机分为缺血性脑卒中组和出血性脑卒中组,对比两组患者发病前后血压的变化情况。结果:出血性脑卒中组患者发病后的收缩压及舒张压均高于缺血性脑卒中组,组间比较有显著差异(P <0. 05);不同亚型高血压患者比例不同,出血性脑卒中组血压正常有7例,1级高血压占比15%,2级高血压占比26. 7%,3级高血压占比46. 6%;缺血性脑卒中组血压正常有15例,1级高血压占比16%,2级高血压占比30%,3级高血压占比18. 3%,组间比较有显著差异(P <0. 05)。结论:出血性脑卒中组患者发病后的收缩压及舒张压与缺血性脑卒中组比较,存在较大的差异,出血性脑卒中患者血压升高幅度更大,且以2、3级高血压为主。

Objective:To investigate the changes of blood pressure in patients with ischemic stroke and hemorrhagic stroke after onset.Methods:120 consecutive emergency stroke patients admitted to our hospital from December 2015 to December 2017 were randomly divided into ischemic stroke group and hemorrhagic stroke group.The changes of blood pressure before and after onset were compared between the two groups.Results:The systolic and diastolic blood pressures of the patients with hemorrhagic stroke were higher than those of the patients with ischemic stroke(P<0.05).The proportion of patients with different subtypes of hypertension was different.There were 7 patients with normal blood pressure in the patients with hemorrhagic stroke,with grade 1 hypertension accounting for 15%,grade 2 hypertension 26.7%,grade 3 hypertension accounting for 46.6%;and the patients with ischemic stroke had normal blood pressure.There were 15 cases,16%of them were grade 1 hypertension,30%were grade 2 hypertension and 18.3%were grade 3 hypertension.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusions:Compared with the ischemic stroke group,the systolic and diastolic blood pressures of the patients with hemorrhagic stroke are significantly different.The blood pressures of the patients with hemorrhagic stroke increase more greatly,and mainly in grade 2 and 3 hypertension.
