齐拉西酮片联合帕罗西汀治疗难治性抑郁症的效果及对血清BDNF、5-HT、NE水平的影响

Efficacy of ziprasidone tablets combined with paroxetine onrefractory depression and its effects on serum levels of BDNF,5-HT and NE

目的:探究齐拉西酮片联合帕罗西汀治疗难治性抑郁症的效果及对脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)、5-羟色胺(5-HT)、去甲肾上腺素(NE)水平的影响。方法:按随机数表法将230例难治性抑郁症患者分为研究组(齐拉西酮片+帕罗西汀,n=115)及对照组(帕罗西汀,n=115)。观察两组患者治疗前、治疗6 W后抑郁程度[汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD-17)]变化情况,比较血清脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)、5-羟色胺(5-HT)、去甲肾上腺素(NE)水平差异。结果:两组患者治疗6 W后,血清BDNF、5-HT、NE水平均较治疗前提高(P均<0. 05),研究组高于对照组(P均<0. 05); HAMD-17评分则较治疗前下降(P均<0. 05),研究组低于对照组(P均<0. 05)。结论:齐拉西酮对于难治性抑郁症患者有较好的辅助治疗作用,联合帕罗西汀可有效改善难治性抑郁症患者的治疗效果。

Objective:To explore the efficacy of ziprasidone tablets combined with paroxetine on refractory depression and its effects on levels of brain derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF),5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT)and norepinephrine(NE).Methods:230 cases with refractory depression were divided into study group(ziprasidone tablets group,n=115)and control group(paroxetine group,n=115)according to the randomly.The changes of depression degree[Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD-17)]was observed before treatment and after 6 weeks of treatment in the two groups,and the levels of serum brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF),5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT)and norepinephrine(NE)were compared.Results:After 6 weeks of treatment,serum levels of BDNF,5-HT and NE were significantly higher than those before treatment(all P<0.05),and the levels in study group were higher than those in control group(all P<0.05).The HAMD-17 score was lower than that before treatment(all P<0.05),and the score in study group was lower than that in control group(all P<0.05).Conclusions:Ziprasidone has a good adjuvant effect on patients with refractory depression,and combined with paroxetine it can effectively improve the treatment effects of patients with refractory depression.
