青年乳腺癌术后化疗患者负性情绪与自我隐瞒、自尊的相关性研究

Study on negative emotion and its relationship with self concealment and self-esteem in young breast cancer patients undergoing postoperative chemotherapy

目的:探讨青年乳腺癌术后化疗患者自我隐瞒、自尊与负性情绪的相关性。方法:2017年9月至2018年9月,采用便利抽样的方法,使用一般资料调查表、自我隐瞒量表、自尊量表、激惹、抑郁和焦虑量表对入住江西省某三级甲等肿瘤专科医院的120例青年乳腺癌术后化疗患者进行调查。结果:120例青年乳腺癌术后化疗患者的自我隐瞒总分为(28. 55±4. 05)分,自尊总分为(24. 31±2. 40)分,负性情绪总分为(43. 1±4. 98)分;相关分析显示,青年乳腺癌术后化疗患者的自我隐瞒与负性情绪的总分及各维度之间呈正相关,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 01);自尊与负性情绪的总分及各维度之间呈负相关,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 01)。结论:青年乳腺癌术后化疗患者的负性情绪呈中等水平,与自我隐瞒及自尊水平呈显著相关性,医护人员在关注患者负性情绪时,可以从引导患者进行自我表达和提升自尊水平着手。

Objective:To investigate the correlation between self-concealment,self-esteem and negative emotion in postoperative chemotherapy patients with young breast cancer.Method:From September 2017 to September 2018,120 young patients with breast cancer who were admitted to a Grade-A Tertiary tumor hospital in Jiangxi province were investigated by convenience sampling,using general information questionnaire,self-concealment scale,self-esteem scale,irritation,depression and anxiety scale.Result:The self-concealing scores of the 120 patients with postoperative chemotherapy for young breast cancer were(28.55±4.05),the total self-esteem score was(24.31±2.40),and the negative emotion score was(43.1±4.98).Correlation analysis The results showed that there was a positive correlation between the total scores of self-concealing and negative emotions and the dimensions of postoperative chemotherapy in young breast cancer patients,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01);the total score of self-esteem and negative emotions and the dimensions of each dimension There was a negative correlation and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:The negative emotions of postoperative chemotherapy in young breast cancer patients are moderate,which is significantly correlated with self-concealment and self-esteem.Medical and nursing staff can guide patients to express themselves and improve their self-esteem when they pay attention to patients'negative emotions.
