摘要
针对当前城中村改造更新的研究,运用层次分析法从空间形态、环境景观、建筑功能、社区营造、改造经济性5个方面建立起城中村改造更新的空间环境后评估体系,对杭州市骆家庄、馒头山和杨家牌楼三个典型城中村更新项目进行评价分析,并根据评价结果总结相应的改造经验。
In view of the current situation study of village-in-city renewal, we establish the POE system from five aspects: space form,landscape environment, architectural features, community and economy by AHP method. Then using this system, we evaluate the situation of Luojia Village, Mantou Mountain and Yangjia Archway renewal cases in Hangzhou. Finally we summarize the experience of village-in-city renewal strategies according to the feedback of this evaluation.
