城市历史街区建筑保护与更新浅析——以宜昌市二马路为例

历史街区内建筑保护与更新研究,已经引起了国内外业内人士的广泛关注,这些历史建筑及其所处的街区已经被视为城市的特殊符号之一。该文通过分析宜昌市二马路历史街区建筑改造案例,首先梳理二马路历史街区建筑的保存价值及现状问题,进而提出二马路历史街区建筑保护与更新的理念,接着探讨历史街区建筑保护与更新的措施:保护与修复、维修、更新与利用,并获得一些启示,以期为今后设计提供一些启示和参考意义。

The research on the protection and renewal of the building in the historic district has attracted the attention of people at home and abroad. These historic buildings and their neighborhoods have been regarded as one of the special symbols of the city.Through the analysis of the reconstruction case of Yichang Two Street historical block,we first comb the preservation value and the current situation of the Two Street historic district building, then put forward the idea of the building protection and renewal of the Two Street historical block, and then we discuss the measures for the protection and renewal of the historic blocks: protection and repair, maintenance, renewal and use.Finally we get some enlightenment, in order to provide some inspiration and reference significance for future design.
