左甲状腺素钠片在妊娠期甲状腺功能减退症中的临床价值及对妊娠结局的影响 被引量:7

摘要 目的探讨左甲状腺素钠片治疗妊娠期甲状腺功能减退症(SCH)的临床疗效及对妊娠结局的影响。方法以收治的96例妊娠期SCH患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组各48例;两组均给予常规治疗,观察组另给予左甲状腺素钠片治疗;对比两组血清甲状腺功能指标、临床疗效及妊娠结局。结果治疗后,两组血清FT3、FT4较治疗明显升高,TSH明显降低,且观察组改善程度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组产妇剖宫产率明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组新生儿体重及Apgar评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论左甲状腺素钠片能明显改善妊娠期SCH患者血清甲状腺功能指标,提高治疗效果,并在一定程度上改善妊娠结局。
