摘要 本文旨在制订硫酸黏菌素发酵液的检验操作规程,规范硫酸黏菌素发酵液的质量检验。采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC法)测定硫酸黏菌素发酵液含量。通过精密度实验、重复性试验,测定硫酸黏菌素发酵液含量,相对标准偏差(RSD)测定结果令人满意。本方法简便、快捷、准确,可作为硫酸黏菌素发酵液的质量标准,用于硫酸黏菌素的含量测定,以控制、保证产品质量。 objective colistin sulfate is an alkaline polypeptide antibiotic, which is mainly used to prevent the infection of sensitive bacteria and promote the growth of livestock and poultry. This paper aims to develop the test operation rules of myxomycin sulfate fermentation broth and standardize the quality test of myxomycin sulfate fermentation broth.Methods high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was used to determine the content of colistin sulfate fermentation broth.Results the relative standard deviation (RSD) was satisfactory.Conclusion this method is simple, rapid and accurate. It can be used as the quality standard for the fermentation broth of myxomycin sulfate.
