谦卑型领导视角下“90后”员工忠诚度研究 被引量:1

摘要 当前"90后"员工已成为企业生存发展的重要力量之一。如何提高"90后"员工的忠诚度已经成为企业必须重视的现实问题。本文通过对影响"90后"员工忠诚度因素的分析,并结合"90后"员工的职场特征,从谦卑型领导视角下为企业提高"90后"员工忠诚度提供建议。
