基于计算机技术的钨系耐磨铸铁铁水中锰变化模拟研究

摘要 钢铁在铸造过程中由于其微量元素含量的不同直接影响成品的质量,主要研究在钨系耐磨铸铁的铸造过程中,以100和500 K/min的铸造速率,分别仿真模拟锰元素的变化情况。锰元素作为钢铁的主要微量成分,在钢产品形成过程中会生成与其他元素的合成物(硫化/氧化)。以计算机仿真技术,基于Matsumiya偏析模型在计算机程序中仿真锰夹杂物形成的热力学条件,并在两种情况下进行分析:第一种情况是假定硫化锰形成纯的和恒定的化合物,而另一种情况是硫化锰作为液体氧化物溶液,其活性低于1;结果证明锰的含量直接影响钨系耐磨铸铁的成品质量。 In the process of steel casting,the quality of the finished product is directly affected by the content of trace elements. In this paper, the casting process of tungsten-based wear-resistant cast iron is studied. The changes of the manganese content are simulated by the casting rates of 100 and 500K / min Happening. As a major trace element of steel,manganese elemental compounds (sulfidation / oxidation) with other elements occur during the formation of steel products. In this paper,the thermodynamic conditions for the formation of manganese inclusions are simulated in a computer program based on the Matsumiya segregation model using computer simulation techniques and analyzed on two oc-casions: the first case assumes is that the manganese sulphide forms pure and constant compounds while the other species is manganese sulfide as a liquid oxide solution,the activity is less than 1;results show that the direct impact of manganese content of tungsten wear-resistant cast iron finished product quality.
