新标准采购废钢经济性分析

Economic Analysis of New Standard Steel Scrap

简要介绍了现行废钢采购标准及周边地区废钢分类,并对采购废钢成本、本部、榆钢使用进口矿生产铁水成本、废钢和铁水炼钢的经济性、转炉钢成本进行测算。结果表明,若采用与市场相对接近的废钢新标准,重型、中型废钢价格将在现有价格基础上上涨205元/t,小型废钢价格将在现有价格基础上上涨102.5元/t;考虑废钢及铁水在炼钢的收得率后,本部及榆钢使用进口矿生产的铁水实际成本远高于按新标准采购的废钢成本。

Thecurrent scrap steel purchasing standard and the scrap classification in the surrounding areas are briefly introduced. The scrap steel purchasing cost,the production cost of molten iron from imported ore,the economy of scrap steel and molten iron steelmaking,and the converter steel cost are calculated. The results show that if the new scrap standard is adopted which is close to the market,the price of heavy and medium-sized scrap steel will rise 205 yuan/t on the basis of the existing price,and the price of small-sized scrap steel will rise 102.5 yu-an/t on the basis of the existing price. The cost is much higher than the scrap cost purchased according to the new standard.
