摘要 采用超声-微波协同提取技术对枸杞中总黄酮进行快速提取。在单因素实验的基础上,结合正交实验优化提取条件,以总黄酮提取率为指标,得出超声-微波协同提取枸杞中总黄酮的最佳提取工艺。结果显示,最佳提取条件为:提取功率300 W,提取温度50℃,乙醇浓度60%vol,料液比1∶20,提取时间20 min,在此条件下的提取率为1.98%。并在最佳条件下比较乙醇回流法、超声波提取法、微波提取法和超声-微波协同提取法总黄酮的提取率,结果显示,超声-微波协同提取法提取率最高。 In this study, ultrasonic- microwave synergistic extraction technique was adopted for rapid extraction of total flavonoids from Lycium barbarum L. Based on single factor test, the extraction conditions were optimized by orthogonal experiments with total flavonoids extraction rate as the evaluation indicator, and then summed up as follows: the extraction power was 300 W, the extraction temperature was at 50 ℃, ethanol concentration was 60 %vol, the ratio of materials to liquid was 1∶20, and the extraction time was 20 min. Under the above conditions, the extraction rate could reach 1.98 %. Furthermore, under the optimum conditions, the total flavonoids extraction rates by ethanol reflux, ultrasonic extraction, microwave extraction and ultrasonic-microwave synergistic extraction respectively were compared, and the extraction rate by ultrasonic microwave synergistic extraction was the highest.
