Verification of the Applicability of Graphite Furnace Method Coupled with Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer in the Determination of Cadmium in Food

摘要 依据GB/T 27417—2017《合格评定化学分析方法确认和验证指南》中方法验证相关的规定,验证采用GB 5009.15—2014《食品安全国家标准食品中镉的测定》中微波消解法检测水样中镉含量过程中,其所涉及的测量范围、线性范围、检出限、定量限、精密度、正确度6个方法参数,证明该方法具有适用性和有效性。 According to the related method verification stipulations in national standard GB/T 27417-2017, the applicability and the effectiveness of graphite furnace method coupled with atomic absorption spectrophotometer in the determination of cadmium content in food, including six parameters as measuring range, linearity range, detection limit, quantitative limit, precision, and accuracy involved in microwave digestion process for detecting cadmium content in water samples in national standard GB 5009.15-2014, were proved in this study.
