基于BP神经网络的复杂装备核心配件健康评估

摘要 复杂装备核心配件的健康状况决定着复杂装备工作情况,因此复杂装备核心配件的健康状态评估在工业活动中具有极其迫切的需求。笔者提出了基于BP神经网络的复杂装备核心配件健康评估方法,能够快速、准确地对复杂装备核心配件的健康状况进行评估,协助工作人员根据复杂装备的核心配件健康状况做出合适的维修决策,保证了复杂装备的可靠性。 The health status of complex equipment core components determines the complex equipment work situation. Therefore, the health status assessment of complex equipment core components has extremely urgent needs in industrial activities. This paper proposes a BP neural network based health assessment method for complex equipment core components. It can quickly and accurately evaluate the health status of complex equipment core accessories, and assist the staff to make appropriate maintenance decisions based on the health condition of the core components of complex equipment, ensuring the reliability of complex equipment.
