高校社团活动丰富了大学生的校园生活。随着高校社团数量与社员人数的不断增加,社团日常管理成为高校社团工作中一个较为突出的问题。比如,许多社团在管理过程中出现了社员信息统计不全、社团活动通知不畅等诸多问题。为了弥补这些不足,笔者从高校社团工作实际出发,设计了一款功能较为完备、安全高效,能够方便大学生开展社团活动的社团管理系统。其既有利于高校社团管理趋向规范化,又为学校开展社团活动提供了具有实践意义的信息化管理方法。

College community activities enrich college students'campus life. With the increasing number of associations and members in colleges and universities, the daily management of associations has become a prominent problem in the work of associations in colleges and universities. For example, there are many problems in the management process of many associations, such as incomplete information statistics of members, inadequate notification of associations'activities and so on. In order to make up for these shortcomings, based on the actual work of college associations, the author designs a more complete, safe and efficient management system of associations, which can facilitate college students to carry out community activities. It is not only beneficial to the standardization of college community management, but also provides a practical information management method for school to carry out community activities.
