摘要
运用多变量预测控制技术建立硫磺回收预测模型,开发并实施基于APC-Suite高级多变量预测控制软件的齐鲁石化硫磺回收先进控制系统。实际运行结果表明:该系统投运后,提高了装置操作的平稳率和安全性,降低了装置能耗。
Making use of multivariable predictive control technology to establish a prediction model for sulfur recovery was implemented,including the development of APC-Suite advanced multivariable predictive control software-based advanced control system for sulfur recovery in Qilu Petrochemical Company.The operation results show that,the system in operation can improve both safety and the stability of the unit along with reduced energy consumption.
