摘要
介绍氧化锆氧分析仪的工作原理和构造组成。针对氧化锆氧分析仪在重油催化装置CO锅炉上应用时出现的故障原因进行分析,进而设计了一套预处理吹扫系统。实际应用结果表明,该系统可有效实现高粉尘、高温烟气环境中氧含量的测量。
Both working principle and composition of zirconia oxygen analyzer was introduced.Through analyzing its fault causes in CO steam generator of RFCC,A flue gas pretreatment system was introduced.The application results show that,this system can realize the measurement of oxygen content in high-temperature and high-dust environment effectively.
