摘要
基于"吸气-压缩-排气-膨胀"的实际工作循环,建立了实用化的液环压缩机工作理论模型,推导了实际吸气量和轴功率的计算公式。根据液环压缩机的操作工况和主要几何设计参数,可预测计算得到液环压缩机吸气量、轴功率及效率等参数。通过与实测性能结果的对比,表明所建立的理论模型对液环压缩机的性能预测是切实可行的,可为液环压缩机的性能研究和实际应用提供有效的理论依据。
Basing on the working cycle of “suction-compression-exhaust-expansion”, a theoretical model of practical liquid ring compressors was established and the theoretical formula of its actual suction capacity and shaft power was derived, including both prediction and calculation of parameters such as the gas suction, power consumption and the efficiency in accordance with the major geometric parameters and operating conditions. Comparison with the experimental results indicates that, the theoretical model established is feasible for the performance prediction and it provides an effective theoretical basis for the performance research and practical application of the liquid ring compressor.
