摘要
针对原流态化传送器在运行过程中出现的问题,对安装在下封头上的硫化板、硫化布及压条的结构和安装位置进行了优化设计,并增加了下封头上进气口气体分布器。经过优化改进后,大幅延长了流态化传送器的正常运行时间,降低了维修频率,改善了工作环境,节约了生产成本。
The matters troubling the operation of original fluidization transmitter were analyzed and the both structure and installation site of the vulcanized plate and vulcanized cloth and the pressure ring mounted on the lower head were optimally designed, including the structure of gas distributor at the lower head’s air inlet port. Thus, the fluidization transmitter’s normal running time can be greatly extended along with a reduced maintenance frequency, improved working environment and low production cost.
