摘要 介绍了模糊层次综合分析法(FAHP)的原理、评价过程和应用特点。根据防爆桥式起重机的特征构建了基于FAHP方法的安全分级评价模型。该模型建立了评价指标集和模糊评价集,利用方根法确定权重集,通过逐层的模糊运算建立综合评价集,最终实现整机的安全分级评价。工程实例应用结果表明,该评价模型具有较高的可靠性和准确性。 The principle, analysis process and application characteristics of fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(FAHP) were introduced and a FAHP method-based safety grade evaluation model was established for the explosion-proof overhead traveling crane. This model establishes the evaluation index set and the fuzzy evaluation set and determines weights by using the root method as well as builds the comprehensive evaluation set for fuzzy operation layer-by-layer so as to realize the safety grading evaluation of the whole machine ultimately. The project cases show that this evaluation model has high reliability and accuracy.
