摘要
钢绞线作为一种常用的预应力结构材料,其耐久性性能的优劣受到诸多因素的影响,其中,环境因素造成的锈蚀使得钢绞线力学性能退化,严重降低其耐久性。本文通过实验,对沿用在钢筋中的锈蚀定律加以修正;并利用修正后的锈蚀经验公式,对钢绞线加速锈蚀实验进行分析;不同腐蚀速率为1%~9%的试样由30根长度为100 cm的钢绞线制成。静态拉伸试验用于获得腐蚀钢绞线的机械性能随腐蚀速率的变化,从而为实际工程中的吊杆及拉索结构耐久性评估提供依据。
As a common prestressing structural material,the durability of steel strand has affected by many factors.Corrosion will lead to degradation of mechanical properties of steel strand and further reduce its durability.Corrosion formula used in reinforced accelerated corrosion was amended through the experiments;Steel strand accelerated corrosion test was carried out according to the revised experience formula;the static tensile test of corroded steel strand was carried out,too.Static mechanical properties with the corrosion rate of corroded steel strands were conducted.The results could provide further reference for durability evaluation of suspenders and cable structures.
