摘要
针对梁式桥铰缝这一受力薄弱部位进行高温后的材料特性分析和温度场分析,采用ABAQUS有限元软件进行梁桥结构的高温模拟,提取温度场;在此基础上进行热-应力耦合分析,同时对于不同温度场对铰缝处内力与位移的情况进行讨论,获得不同相对位移特征值对应下铰缝的剩余抗剪承载力,确定铰缝结构在高温作用下其相对位移特征和抗剪承载力损失随温度不断升高过程中的变化情况,并提出基于铰缝相对位移的桥梁承载力计算公式,通过实桥的论证结果表明:该方法简便易行,结果可靠,可为火灾后梁桥承载力的快速评估提供理论依据。
To analyze the material characteristics and temperature field after high temperature,ABAQUS finite element software was used to simulate the high temperature of bridge structure and to extract the temperature field.On this basis,the thermal stress coupling analysis was carried out,and the internal force and displacement of the hinged joints were discussed in different temperature fields.The residual shear bearing capacity of the hinged joints corresponding to different relative displacement eigenvalues was obtained to determine the relative displacement characteristics and shear bearing capacity loss of the hinged joints under high temperature and provide further theoretical basis for the rapid evaluation and reinforcement of the bridge after disaster.
