摘要
本文综合分析政府与P&R使用者的利益,分别构建截流网络上小汽车公里数最多、网络费效比最低、网络中所有P&R使用者总盈余最大三个优化目标函数,并设置变量、总量、单个P&R建设的上下限条件等约束,构建基于城市轨道交通线网的P&R多目标选址模型。并以北京为例,计算P&R选址模型结果,与北京第一批建成P&R的布局和效益进行对比分析;针对北京已有P&R布局,求解新建不同P&R数量的最优选址方案,给出P&R建设数量对网络效益的影响,并总结影响规律,为未来P&R选址规划提供参考和建议。
This paper comprehensively analyzes the interests of the government and P&R users,and constructs the three optimization objective functions of the largest number of kilometers on the interception network,the lowest network cost-effectiveness,and the total surplus of all P&R users in the network,and sets variables,totals.Based on the constraints of the upper and lower limits of a single P&R construction,a P&R multi-objective location model based on urban rail transit network is constructed.Taking Beijing as an example,the results of the P&R location model are calculated and compared with the layout and benefits of the first batch of P&R built in Beijing.For the existing P&R layout in Beijing,the most preferred location scheme for different P&R numbers is solved,and P&R is given.The impact of the construction quantity on the network benefits,and summarize the impact law,and provide reference and suggestions for the future P&R site planning.
