摘要
立足于2003-2017年三峡库区蓄水以来的滑坡灾害险情统计,研究了蓄水后库水位升降和降雨对滑坡稳定性的影响,以期对库区监测预警和防灾减灾提供借鉴。统计表明,强降雨与水位变动是当前诱发库区地质灾害的最主要因素;受两者综合因素的影响,每年5-6月和7-8月是库区地质灾害高发区。因此,控制库水位下降速率,做好汛期的监测预警,按照不同时间段确定库区监测预警工作仍是库区防灾减灾的重点。
Based on the landslide hazard statistics from 2003-2017, the effects of water level rise and fall on landslide stability were studied, so as to provide reference for monitoring and early warning and disaster prevention and mitigation. Statistics show that heavy rainfall and water level changes are the most important factors that induce Geological disasters in reservoir area. Affected by the combination of the two factors, the geological disasters in the reservoir area are high in May-June and July-August each year. Therefore, it is still the focus of disaster prevention and mitigation to control the rate of water level rise and fall of the reservoir, do a good job of monitoring and warning in flood season, and determine the monitoring and early warning work of reservoir area according to different time periods.
