摘要
许多常见的皮肤病都是由真菌引起的,纳米银因其具有广泛的抗菌活性而受到关注。溶液还原法制备纳米银过程中使用了化学还原剂水合肼而使其应用范围受限,目前有采用植物提取物作为还原剂和稳定剂制备生物相容纳米银的报道,抗菌性能和安全性能的测试结果表明其具有在化妆品这类与人体皮肤直接接触的个人洗护用品中应用的潜能。
Since many common skin diseases and flu are caused by germs, silver nanoparticles are brought into focus due to their extensive antibacterial activity. Nanosilver prepared by ordinary solution reduction methods has limited application range when chemical reducing agent hydrazine hydrate is used in the preparation process. By now, there are already papers on using plant extracts as reducing agent and stabilize to prepare bio-compatible nanosilve. The evaluation of antibacterial properties and safety performance showed that plant extracts have the potential of application in personal care and toiletries which can be directly contacted with human skin.
