南水北调中线PCCP管道镇墩、包封结构混凝土应力应变分析

摘要 本文以南水北调中线工程PCCP管道为主要研究对象,对其不同断面进行应力应变监测,再通过监测数据分析各标段整体情况、变形趋势,获得工程在输水期间运行状态的重要参数信息.结果表明:PCCP管道包封及镇墩结构应变值变化总体表现出与温度较强的相关性,混凝土应变测值总体处于较低水平,工程运行状态平稳安全.监测结果能对运行管理单位实施科学管理提供决策依据,掌握工程实际运行性态及发挥监测预警作用. In this paper,the PCCP pipeline in the middle line project of South-to-North water transfer(Beijing section)as the main research object,the stress and strain monitoring of its different sections,and then through the monitoring data analysis of the overall situation of the scale,deformation trend,to obtain the project in the water transport period of the operating state of the important parameters. The results show that the change of strain value of PCCP pipeline encapsulation and pier structure shows the correlation with strong temperature, and the strain measurement value of concrete is generally low,and the engineering operation state is stable and safe. The monitoring results can provide the decision-making basis for the operation management unit to implement scientific management, master the actual operation state of the project and play the role of monitoring and early warning.
