基于超低排放和氧化皮减害的超临界锅炉燃烧调整

摘要 某电厂锅炉运行中存在锅炉NOx排放浓度偏高,不满足超低排放要求,同时末级过热器再热器两侧金属壁温度偏差高,运行中容易超温导致氧化皮快速生成和脱落。通过分析其存在原因,对锅炉配风特性进行分析,对锅炉进行燃烧调整,并提出后续改进措施。实践证明,通过锅炉燃烧调整有效降低了锅炉NOx排放浓度,明显减少了氧化皮生成。 In the operation of the boiler in a power generation plant, the boiler emissed high concentration NOx that exceeds the required emission level, and the temperature of the metal walls at the both side of the final superheater and reheater is higher than the acceptable level, resulting easily in the quick generation and exfliation of the oxide skine. the cause and the wind distribution charateristics are analysed,and the adjustment on the boiler combustion is made and therefore the improvement measures are proposed. After the adjustment the NOx emission is reduced effectively and the the generation of the oxide skine is reduced evidently.
