摘要
对燃煤发电机组进行超低排放改造,但在机组启动过程中不可避免存在烟温低现象,导致脱硝喷氨不能尽快投入。现行环保法规从机组并网开始对NOx排放进行考核,通过对机组启动过程中重要操作进行优化和调整,实现机组并网加负荷时间缩短,减少污染物排放。
Low fume temperature of a coal-fired generation unit in start-up phase result in the delayed service of the ammonia injection device for denitrition. The current environment protection law require a check on the NOx emission since the startup of the generation unit. Some operations are optimized in order to cut down the startup time and loading time and then to reduce pollutant emission.
