摘要
随着特高压直流输电线路的大规模建设,铁塔组立过程大量应用机械化施工,降低安全风险,提升施工效率。±1 100 kV特高压直流线路全线铁塔采用Q420大规格宽肢角钢,铁塔结构高、单件重量大。结合现有机具设备,经多种组塔方法安全性、经济性比对,制定和优化了组合吊车流水立塔方案,详细阐述了吊车立塔典型技术方案,并在工程中实际应用,取得了显著的经济和社会效益。
With the large-scale construction of UHVDC transmission lines, mechanized construction is widely used in the process of tower erection, which reduces safety risks and improves construction efficiency. Q420 Wide-Limb angle steel is used in the whole tower of (+ 1 100 kV) UHVDC transmission line. The tower has a high structure and a large single weight. Combining with the existing machinery and equipment, the scheme of combined crane flow tower is formulated and optimized by comparing the safety and economy of various tower-forming methods, and the typical technical scheme of crane tower is elaborated in detail. The practical application in engineering has achieved remarkable economic and social benefits.
