茶歌镜像——观照民国时期武夷山岩茶生产制作茶人群像

Mirror of the Tea Songs——Viewing the Production of Tea Groups in Wuyi Rock Tea Production During the Republic of China

林馥泉撰写的《武夷茶叶之生产制造及运销》一文,对民国时期武夷茶进行了全面调查记载,其文后附有当时武夷山采茶制茶工人所唱的山歌1 5首。山歌是劳动人民劳作时抒发真实情感并排遣劳累的民间艺术,是现实生活面貌的反映。根据这1 5首山歌,结合现今武夷山仍旧传承的传统岩茶生产制造情况,观照山歌中的民风民情,考察并还原民国时期武夷山岩茶生产制作方面的茶人的生态群落和生存状态,为武夷岩茶史的研究提供参考。

Lin Fuquan wrote the book of "Manufacturing and Marketing of Wuyi Rock Tea", have surveyed the China Wuyi rock tea in the period of the Republic of China, and the attached of the article recorded 15 folk songs of the local tea workers. Mountain songs are the folk art of workers who express their real feelings , relieve their tiredness, and reflect their real life. According to this 15 folk songs, in combination with the Wuyi mountain still inheriting the tradition of rock tea manufacturing nowaways, we can scrutinize the things by the folkway folk songs, focus on study and reduction during the period of the Republic of China Wuyi rock tea production in the tea ecological communities and survival state, provide a reference for the research on the history of Wuyi rock tea.
