"尾牙"在闽南是一个非常特殊的民间习俗。以"尾牙"习俗为研究对象,运用地方文献调研法对"祭牙""牙祭""祭土神"等习俗是如何升华到当今尾牙宴飨的文化进行溯源分析,得出结论:"尾牙"的文化内涵的提升及民俗功能的嬗变与其所处的民间宗教活动、民俗民风、民间信仰、社会经济形态等因素相关。

“End teeth” is one special customs in south Fujian area.This thesis studies the “End teeth ”custom, through literature method to analyze how the “sumptuous meal”upgrade to be a “Tooth Festival”custom with tracing of ensign- worship,the sumptuous meal and earthgod belief. Finally, how the role of the “End teeth feast”changed in the heritage process.
