摘要
农村学前教育发展的资源供求不平衡与人民日益增长的生活需要之间的矛盾日益突出。从农村学前教育内生力上寻找突破口,通过梳理内生力概念,挖掘内生力内涵,从而概括农村学前教育发展的内生力涵义。从生理需要、认知发展需要、文化根基的需要三方面阐释自然环境作为农村学前教育发展的内生力必要性。通过加大农村文化宣传、联合农村多元主体、建立农村激励机制三方面探讨自然环境作为农村学前教育发展的内生力可行性策略。
The contradiction between the imbalance between resource supply and demand in the development of rural preschool education and the people's growing needs for life has become increasingly prominent. From the endogenous power of rural preschool education to find a breakthrough, by combing the concept of endogenous force, tapping the endogenous connotation, thus the paper summarizes the endogenous meaning of rural preschool education development. It explains the necessity of the natural environment as the endogenous force of rural preschool education development from three aspects: physiological needs, cognitive development needs and cultural foundations. Through the promotion of rural cultural propaganda, the integration of rural multi-subjects, and the establishment of rural incentive mechanisms, the natural environment is explored as a viable strategy for the development of rural preschool education.
