摘要 为配合郑万高铁实施的基于全工序机械化配套的隧道安全、快速、高质量修建技术,针对超前支护、钻爆开挖、初期支护、二次衬砌等关键工序开发系列化智能装备,并系统性地总结和提炼钻爆法隧道智能建造装备的4大支撑技术,即围岩参数识别与处理系统、三维空间定位与量测系统、大数据处理与共享系统、智能控制决策系统,是实现隧道全生命周期智能化的基础与前提;同时,运用先进的传感技术、互联网、大数据分析和人工智能技术,研究施工协同管理平台,借助隧道大容量通信网络和隧道智能建造协同管理平台,实现隧道内装备与装备、装备与环境、装备与围岩的互联互通互动,为隧道智能建造提供装备保障。 For matching the safety, fast and high quality railway building technology, based on large-scale whole process mechanized construction of Zhengzhou-Wanzhou High-speed Railway. China Railway Construction Heavy Industry Limited Company (CRCC) has developed series of intelligent equipment for key processes, such as advanced support, drill-blast excavation, primary support, secondary lining. It also expounds four support technologies of intelligent construction equipment for drilling and blasting method tunnels, namely: surrounding rock parameter identifying and processing system, three-dimensional spatial positioning and measurement system, big data processing and sharing system, intelligent control and decision making system, which are the basis and premise for realizing the intelligent whole lifecycle of tunnels. Meanwhile, the platform of construction collaborative management has been studied by using the technologies such as advanced sensing, the Internet, big data analysis and artificial intelligence. With the help of the tunnel high-capacity communication network and the tunnel intelligent construction collaborative management platform, the interconnection and interaction between equipment and equipment, equipment and environment, equipment and ground in the tunnel are realized, which provides equipment support for the intelligent construction of tunnels.
