摘要
考虑到传统的钻井船建造方式占用船坞时间长、起吊次数多、危险系数大,而且无法进行并行施工,建造效率难以提高,结合钻井船的建造特点和具体场地设施条件,制定钻井船多岛并行建造搭载方案,选取合适的移位方式,制定巨型环段移位方案,实现了钻井船主船体3个独立区域同时建造,并采用巨型环段移位技术完成整船合拢,提高了钻井船建造效率。
In the traditional constructionmethod of the drillship takes along time in dock,hasmany lifting operations with highrisk,and is unable to construct parallel,so that the construction efficiency is difficult to improve. According to the construction characteristics of drillship and the specific site facilities conditions,a multi-zone concurrent constructionplan was designed.A reasonable transportation manner was selected for the huge block. Thedrillship’s hull was built simultaneouslyin three independent zones,and the whole ship was assembled by using the giant ring segment shifting technology,which improved the construction efficiency of the drilling ship.
