摘要
从典型实例出发,分析调试舱底水输送泵过程中碰到的问题,找出原因,探讨解决方法,计算对比管路附件阻力,为问题的解决提供理论依据,总结此类问题发生的原因以及改进思路。
Starting from a typical example,the cause of the problems encountered in the commissioning of bilge water transfer pump for the first20000 TEU container ship were analyzed. Theresistances of pipeline accessories were calculated in order to find out the way of solving the problem. Thereason of this kind of problem was summarized so as to put forward the improvement ideas and measures.
