摘要
为了提高船舶蒸汽系统的经济性,分析加热方式,从选型和布置方法的角度进行系统设计,介绍加热量计算、材料选择、长度及分组、管路连接、疏水阀选型和管路补偿等方面的处理,该系统有效地减少了不必要的蒸汽能耗,延长了系统的使用寿命。
In order to improve the economy of ship steam heating system for cargo tank of the tanker,the heating mode was analyzed todesign the type selection and arrangement of the system. Some technical problems were introduced,including heating calculation,material selection,length,grouping and connection of pipe,drain valve selection and pipeline compensation,etc.The system can reduce effectively the unnecessary steam energy consumption and prolong the service life.
