摘要 分析造船主工艺流程,梳理从零件切割、中小组立、分段完工脱胎直至总组全过程,提炼出分段物流工艺过程的特征;结合物联网技术进行物流监控管理模型的初步分析,为建立分段物流监控管理系统提供基础。 The main process flow of shipbuilding was analyzed,and the characteristics of the process were extracted from the whole process of parts cutting,sub-assembly,subsection completion to the general assembly. Combined with the internet of thongs(Io. T) technology,a model of section logistics management was established,providing the foundation to setup the sectionlogistics monitoring and management system.
