摘要
为了评价低表面处理涂料在油、潮湿、锈蚀等恶劣表面处理情况下的可施工性能,模拟船厂实际情况进行低表面处理涂料实验,采用GB/T 5210-1985《涂层附着力的测定法拉开法》进行涂料附着力测试,建立测试评价方法,验证其防腐性能。测试结果表明,选用的低表面处理涂料具有良好的施工性能。对于实船应用,还需进行涂装工艺改进以及考虑综合成本。
In order to assess the workability of low surface treatment coating on the surface of oil,moisture,rust and other severe surface treatment condition,considering the actual condition of shipyard,the low surface treatment coating experiment was carried out according to GB/T 5210-1985"Test of Coating Adhesion Force-Pull Open". Aneffective test evaluation methodwas established to test its anticorrosion performance. The experimental results showed that the selected low surface treatment coating has good performance. For ship application,coating process improvement and comprehensive coat should be considered.
