摘要
为实现船舶停泊码头期间的有效系泊,确保码头的安全和LNG卸货作业的顺利进行,以某小型液化天然气船靠泊新加坡LNG码头和大连LNG码头为例,运用OPTIMOOR分析软件,计算在不同环境条件、不同系泊布置时系泊缆绳所受的最大负荷及船舶的最大偏移量,校核该船系泊设备布置的有效性,分析认为,在不同环境的码头上,需要通过调整系泊布置才能提供安全有效的系泊。
To provide effective mooring when the LNG carrier moored in berth and insure safety ofthe berth and unloading operation,the mooring analyses software OPTIMOORwas applied to analyze the mooring state when the small LNG carrierwas moored at LNG berths in Singapore and Dalian. The largest mooring force in ropes and largestexcursion of the carrierwere calculated under deferent environmental condition and deferent mooring arrangement,so as to verify the effectiveness of the mooring arrangement. The numerical results showed that it’s necessary to adjust the mooring arrangement in order to provide safe and effective mooring in different environments of berth.
