摘要
针对超大型集箱船建造中EH47高强度钢的焊接问题,结合材料性能分析和相关图纸确定焊接方法、坡口形式及焊接工艺,探讨并采用相关的无损检测技术,达到保证焊缝质量、确保船舶安全的目的。
Aiming at the welding problem of EH47 high strength steel in shipbuilding of the 20 000 TEU container ship,the welding method,groove form and welding process evaluation items were determined based on analysis of material properties and relevant drawings. The appropriate non-destructive testing technology was studied to ensure the welding quality and the safety of ships.
