摘要
针对星载网状可展开天线因展开臂、展开关节等产生的误差链和地面电性能不可测试等问题,开展误差链对天线电性能的影响分析。引入位置姿态转换矩阵建立误差链传递模型,将此误差模型引入到天线辐射场分析模型,并建立各误差环节对天线电性能的机电耦合模型,通过数值方法得到固定误差和不定误差与天线平均功率方向图的关系,以及角度误差与天线最大增益之间的定量关系。分析结果表明:角度误差对误差链有明显的放大作用,相比于位置误差对电性能的影响较大,角度误差与最大增益有均匀或突变等不同程度的单调递减关系,因此在天线设计与安装中应着重关注和调整各安装位置的角度误差。
In response to the problem of system error chain caused by deployable beams, joints and immeasurable items of electrical performance during ground test, an effect analysis of error chain on electrical performance of mesh deployable antenna is developed. Error chain transform model through position and orientation transition matrix is set up. The error model is used to establish electromagnetic field analysis model, and the mechanical-electro coupling model for antenna electrical performance from the influence of errors is put forward. The relative relationships between fixed errors or variable errors with antenna average power pattern, and the quantitative relationships between orientation errors with maximum gain of antenna are calculated by the proposed numerical method. The result shows that the orientation errors has the obvious magnification effect on error chain and has a large impact on electrical performance comparing with the position errors. The orientation errors are monotonically decreasing functioned with the maximum gain in different ways, such as linear or abruptly changed, so the orientation errors of each installation position should be emphasized and adjusted in designing and installation work.
