数字样机技术在升船机主提升减速器设计中的应用

摘要 通过建立升船机主提升减速器数字样机模型,精确地计算了齿轮在传递载荷时的啮合错位和传动误差,并以此为基础对齿面的微观形态进行修正。分析对比了修形前后齿轮传动副的传动误差、齿向载荷分布系数和齿面最大接触应力,研究了齿面微观形态对齿轮传动误差和齿向载荷分布的影响。 By establishing the digital prototype model of the main hoist reducer of the ship lift,the meshing dislocation and transmission error of the gear during the load transmission have been calculated accurately,and the microstructure of the tooth surface has been corrected on this basis. The transmission error,tooth load distribution coefficient and gear surface maximum contact stress of the gear transmission pair before and after modification have been analyzed and compared. The effects of tooth microstructures on transmission error and tooth load distribution of gears have been researched.
