悬索桥索鞍及索夹表面处理制造工艺 被引量:2

摘要 对国内悬索桥索鞍、索夹常见的表面处理制造工艺过程的问题进行分析,通过改变厂房工艺布局,引进机器人智能化打磨铸件表面,设置同轨道整体可移动除尘打磨房与喷漆房,采用水性重防腐涂料代替常用的油性防腐涂料,降低了涂装过程中VOC的排放量,提高了生产效率及产品质量,降低了劳动强度,减少了环境危害。 This paper analyzes the common problems of surface treatment and manufacturing process of cable saddle and cable clamp of domestic suspension bridge. The layout of workshop has been changed,and the robot has been introduced to intelligently polish the surface of castings,and integral mobile dusting and grinding room and paint spraying room in the same track have been set,and the waterborne heavy anticorrosive coating has been used to replace the common oil anticorrosive coating,which reduces the VOC emission in the coating process,and improves the production efficiency and product quality,and decreases the labor intensity,and reduces the harm to the environment.
