摘要
针对光伏发电系统中单光电池板输出电压低而并网输入电压高的问题,提出了一种三电平高增益DC-DC变换器。该变换器具备输入、输出高电压增益,开关管电压应力低以及电路拓扑和控制策略简单等优点。因此,分析所提变换器的工作原理,阐述其工作性能,并论证了其可行性。
Aiming at the problem that the output voltage of a single photovoltaic panel in a photovoltaic power generation system is low and the grid-connected input voltage is high,a three-level high-gain DC-DC converter applied to a photovoltaic power generation system has been proposed.The converter has the advantages of high input-output voltage gain ratio,low voltage stress of the semiconductor devices,simple circuit topology and control strategy.The working principle of the converter is analyzed,the performance of the converter is expounded,and the feasibility of the converter is demonstrated.
