摘要
分析云南某电厂300 MW机组配套电除尘器极板和极线粘灰故障发现,燃用高硫高钙煤种、排烟温度较低以及氨逃逸量大是电除尘器极板和极线粘灰的主要原因。因此,结合电厂生产实际,从设备检修、集控运行、技术改造及参数优化调整等方面提出了对策建议,为相关人员提供参考。
Analysis of 300 MW unit supporting ESP polar plate and polar line slime fault of Yunnan power plant found that high sulfur and high calcium coal species,low smoke discharge temperature and large amount of ammonia escape is the main reason of ESP polar plate and polar line slime.Therefore,according to the actual production of power plant,the countermeasures and suggestions are put forward from the aspects of equipment overhaul,set control operation,technical transformation and parameter optimization and adjustment,which provide reference for related personnel.
