摘要
目的:连续累计自动衡器的动态称重结果具有时变性和不确定性,因此需要科学评价其计量准确度。方法:将动态称重结果序列作为灰色过程处理,建立灰色称重模型GM(0,2)及称重结果不确定度的灰色非统计数学模型,代替传统评定方法中的概率统计模型。结果:通过算例分析验证了灰色模型较传统的统计模型更能涵盖连续累计自动衡器多种测量实况。结论:灰色模型消除了对大样本量和典型概率分布的依赖性,且建模过程简单、计算量小、适应性强。
Aims:The dynamic weighing results of continuous totalizing automatic weighing instruments have time variability and uncertainty.This paper aims to scientifically evaluate its measurement accuracy.Methods:A sequence of dynamic weighing results were treated as grey process.The grey weighing model GM (0,2) and the grey non-statistical mathematical model for uncertainty of weighing results were established to take the place of probability statistical model in traditional evaluating methods.Results:The example analysis validated that the grey model covered more actual measurement situations of continuous totalizing automatic weighing instruments than the traditional statistical model.Conclusions:The grey model eliminates the dependency on the large sample and the typical probability distribution,and has the characteristics of simple modeling process,small amount of calculation,and strong adaptability.
