栀子药材中有多种环烯醚萜苷类化学成分,具有抗炎、解热等药理作用。本文对栀子中环烯醚萜苷类成分的分析方法和药动学研究做一综述,以了解目前环烯醚萜苷类成分常用的分析手段,以及栀子中环烯醚萜苷类成分在体内的处置过程,为含有栀子的中药复方中该类成分的检测提供参考,从而为临床合理用药提供理论依据。

In Gardeniae Fructus there exist various chemical gradients, such as iridoid glycosides, which have obvious anti-inflammatory and anti-pyretic effects. The paper made a comprehensive review of the analytical methods and pharmacokinetic studies of iridoid glycosides in Gardeniae Fructus, with the aim to identify those common analytical methods and disposal process of iridoid glycosides in vivo , so that reference could be provided for the detection of iridoid glycosides in compound Chinese herbal drugs, and solid evidence could also be offered for rational use of the drug clinically.
